In addition, they have worked for us for a long time and are reliable and very trustworthy. Cleaning Services Includes

Remove of Cobwebs from walls, corners and/or light fixtures using a feather duster.

Chandeliers and dusting of light fixtures to remove cobwebs.

Dust Ceiling Fans in reach using a two-step ladder will be cleaned by hand, otherwise a feather duster only will be used.

Dust Doors, Frames & knobs will be cleaned by hand the first time we clean your home. During regularly scheduled service, those items will be cleaned by hand when needed.

Dust Shutters or Blinds (reachable with a 2-step ladder) will be cleaned by hand the first time you schedule service with our team. We will get rid of 90% of dust on shutters and 80% of the dust on horizontal blinds. Furthermore, during regularly scheduled service, those items will be cleaned by hand when needed.

Dust and clean windowsills in your home. Please note this task does not include cleaning the window tracks.

Clean light switches and disinfect light by hand the first time we clean your home. While performing a regular service we will clean those when needed.

Dust Baseboards by hand on the first time we clean your home. This service will be performed as needed with our regular service.

Floor Care & Cleaning including, vacuum, mop, and dry all hard floors.

General cleaning tasks include, removing cobwebs, dust ceiling fans, doors, doorknobs, door frames, shutters or blinds, windowsills, and baseboards. Also remember these items are to be cleaned by hand the first time we clean your home, with our regular service, which is a weekly, Biweekly or Monthly service and these items will be cleaned by hand only as needed. In addition, we will spot clean on the walls.

Dust Furniture and shelves, but please note that on shelves, we do not remove items to clean under underneath, as we will only clean around them.

Leather sofas and Paintings: Please note we only dust off leather sofas with a microfiber towel we do not use any cleaner on the leather, we just remove the dust. In addition, we will only clean the frame of the paintings. We do not clean the surface of the painting. Tables or furniture painted by hand will be just dust off with a dry towel no cleaning solutions.

Dust Wall Hangings like family pictures so they will always look the way they did when you hung them.

Upholstered Furniture Vacuuming, including under the cushions, and under furniture, if our special vacuum brush fits under it.

Vacuum Stairways 

Edge & Vacuum Carpeting: We will do edging on the carpet the first time we clean your home and when needed on a regular service. In addition, we also vacuum all carpeted areas every time and vacuum under the bed when it is clear of items. However, please remember we will not move any items to clean under we will only move those small items we can easily move with one hand.

Vacuum Hard Surfaced Floors including stone, tile, or hardwood with our special brush attached to our vacuum. Please remember we will not move any items to clean under we will only move those small items we can easily move with one hand.

Pick Up & Straighten items such as putting all bottles with the label to the front.

Make Beds and Change Linens when requested. However, please make sure you have clean linens ready on top of the bed you want us to make that way we know you want us to make it and we will put duty linens on top of your laundry machines.

Empty Trash in every room and put it in the dumpster or the dumpster in the alley, unless you request us not to do so.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Most of our customers are not home at the time of service being performed. However, of course you may stay home to watch our team members work if you choose to. Above all, please be considerate and allow them to work without interruption or distraction if possible.

What do I do with my pets while you are cleaning?

We will always be friendly to your pets, won’t let them out of your home, and will work around them. However, sometimes pets don’t like strangers in their home, so we kindly ask you to secure large or aggressive pets as appropriate.

What if my regular service day falls on a holiday?

If your regularly scheduled cleaning happens to fall on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on another day that week.
